Frances Sayles Manley, of Midlothian, passed on to the next life to join her son, Bobby; grandson, Todd and her husband Robert on January 25, 2019. She is survived by one daughter, Karen Blankenship (Charles) of Moseley; five grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held Feb. 9, 2019, Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Mt. Herman Baptist Church Cemetery, Moseley. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Music Ministry at Mt. Herman Baptist Church, 18100 Genito Rd. Moseley, Va. 23120.
