Helen Sledge Reynolds, 86, of Powhatan, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday April 24, 2024. She was preceded in death by her son, Christopher Reynolds; parents, Frank and Annie Sledge; brothers, Raymond, and Frankie Sledge. Helen is survived by her husband of 66 years, Ed Reynolds; daughter, Toni Stevens (Richard); numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other family members and friends. She enjoyed working in the yard and being outdoors. Her love of family is untouched and she will be missed greatly. The family will receive friends from 6pm to 8pm Tuesday April 30, at Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson HWY. Her service will be 11am Wednesday May 1st, at Holly Hills Baptist Church, where she was a member for over 20 years. Interment will follow in Dale Memorial Park at 2pm.
