Irvin D. Rowe

Irvin D. Rowe, 66, of Kill Devil Hills, NC, formerly of Richmond, passed away January 8, 2019. He is survived by his wife, Barbara C. Rowe; one daughter, Shanna Meeks (Marvin) of Powhatan; step daughter, Alison Shultz (Tyler) of Chesterfield; one brother, Jim R. Rowe (Darlene) of Florida; one nephew, Jamie Rowe (Anne Marie); five grandchildren, Caleb, Hayden, Grayson, Emma and Bryson. The family will receive friends Saturday from 1 to 2 p.m. in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy.(Rt.60), Powhatan with a memorial service to follow at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation at www.kidney.org.
