James H. "Jimmy" Reames, 71, of Powhatan, died June 14, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Jeanette C. Reames; daughter, Jenifer R. Hughes and her husband, Eric and their Child Cullen Thomas Hughes of Powhatan; brother, Russell Reames and his wife, Bonnie of York . The family will receive friends Sunday (today) from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm at the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy.(Rt. 60), Powhatan. Funeral services will be held Monday 2pm in the Powhatan United Methodist Church, 2253 Rosson Rd. Powhatan, Va. 23139. Interment Powhatan Community Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Powhatan United Methodist Church, Powhatan or Midlothian YMCA.
