Janet J. Barr, 82 of Powhatan, Virginia, passed away peacefully on February 25, 2024. She is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Jim Barr; and daughter, Lori Ann Lambert. She is survived by her sons, Steven Barr (Myrna) and Scott Barr (Jessica); siblings, Allan Johnson and Judy Doyal; 6 grandchildren, Dylan, Katelyn, Christopher, Dalton, Evan and Nathan; 1 great-grandchild, Kinsley. A graveside service will be held Thursday, February 29, 2024 at 1:00 PM in the Powhatan Community Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at bennettbardenfh.com
