James "Jimmy" Roy Watts, Jr., 84, of Midlothian, went to be with the Lord Friday, February 6, 2026. He was born in Halifax County, VA on December 4, 1941, to the late James Roy and Janie Reaves Watts.
Jimmy is survived by his wife of 58 years, Elaine Seward Watts, daughter, Janie L. Gowin (Chris); son, James Randal "Randy" Watts (Brittany); grandchildren, Rebekah, Kaylee, Eli, Bryson.
A private graveside service will be held in Skinquarter Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Skinquarter Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
