Joan Diane Roberts Farley

Joan Diane Roberts Farley, 76, of Powhatan joined the love of her life, Russell in heaven on December 16, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Noel E. and Lucy K. Roberts, Sr., her husband Russell W. Farley. She is survived by her daughter, Christina F. Waller (Greg Meade); granddaughter, Rebecca E. Richmond (Nicholas); great grandsons, Wyatt F. and Sawyer J. Richmond; aunt, Dorothy Roberts. Joan was a member of Powhatan Rescue Squad for 26 years and was a life member, was a Points of Light recipient in July 1991. A memorial service will be held Sunday,January 7, 2018 at 2 p.m. in the Powhatan Rescue Squad Training Center, 3920 Marion Harland Lane, Powhatan. (casual dress).
