John C. Slagle

SLAGLE, John C., 46, of Blackstone, died March 31, 2013. He is survived by his loving wife, Natasha; three sons, Bishop, Maxwell, Ian; step-son Jake McAllister; father, David A. Slagle (Rita) of Chester; brothers, David Slagle, II of Hopewell, Samuel Slagle of DeWitt; sister, Sue Chaney of Blackstone; step-brother, Dewey Hall of North Carolina; step-sister, Debbie Tarabay of Richmond; many nieces and nephews and a wonderful friend, Billy Livingston, who stayed with him to the end. He was preceded in death by his mother Bettye Slagle. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any Village Bank for the Slagle Children's Fund. A memorial service will be held Saturday 1 pm in the County Seat Restaurant, 3883 Old Buckingham Rd. Powhatan, Va. 23139. "An what happen was".
