John A. Parnell, 75 of Cumberland, Virginia, passed away February 10, 2026. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marcia Parnell. He is survived by his daughter, Jessie Parnell (Daniel Coley); granddaughter, Leah Coley; sister, Martha Gardner (Russell); girlfriend, Melinda Osborne; Many nieces and nephews and great friends. John was a hard worker, best provider and protector and the worlds greatest PaPa to Leah. The ones that knew John the best, say " He was a hell of a man!".
