Joseph Richard Henderson, III

Joseph Richard Henderson III passed away on February 27, 2026, surrounded by those who loved him. He is survived by his long-term partner, Amber Barton; his five sons, Ryan, Jack, Jacob, Jaycen, and John; his loving mother, Lori Fields, and her husband, Jody Fields; and his brother, William. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles "Chuck" Johnson.

Joseph was known for his sense of humor, his love of family, and his ability to make those around him laugh. He was especially proud of his sons and cherished watching them grow into the men they are today. He enjoyed cheering on Denny Hamlin in NASCAR, often saying, "This is his year!" every season, and he was a devoted fan of the San Francisco 49ers. He treasured joking and spending time with his loved ones, always bringing joy to family gatherings.

A memorial service will be held at a later date, to be announced.
