Kenneth William Southall

Kenneth William Southall, III, 46 of Richmond Virginia passed away on March 17, 2020. He was born on January 10, 1974. He is survived by his parents Frank & Mary Southall of Goochland, Virginia; and his brother Anthony Roane Southall of Mechanicsville, Virginia; also by numerouse other relatives. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Mr. & Mrs. Kenneth W. Southall, Jr. of Richmond, Virginia; and Mr. & Mrs. Paul J. Chapman of Farmville, Virginia. He was autistic. He also was involved with the Elkridge Gathering Center Workshop. He lived at the Old Field Group Home in Richmond. A Memorial Service will be held at Graceland Baptist Church in Powhatan, Virginia.
