Kevin Barton

Our dearest Kevin Barton, went to be with the Lord, Friday morning, December 3, 2021, dancing, laughing and shouting for he is finally free from all his pain. We will all see him again soon. He is the love of my life, the best dad and wonderful grandpa. He will be missed here on earth immensely. Kevin was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Elsie Barton and his 1st grandchild, Rome. He leaves behind his loving wife Faye Barton of Powhatan, three children, daughter - Angie Barber/Tommy of Goochland, son - Brian Gregory/wife Melissa of Powhatan and son - Hunter Barton/wife Sarah of Louisa, Va. He also leaves 10 of the best grandkids he ever wanted, Freddy, Jadyn, Jack, Elsa, Lily, Waylon, Tinsley, Graham, Austin and Madelyn. He also leaves behind his brother, Mike Barton/wife Karen of Buckingham, Va. He had many nieces and nephews, and an extreme list of friends and extended family. Please rejoice as we celebrate Kevin's life at Powhatan Christian Fellowship, Powhatan Va at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 7, 2021. He will then be laid to rest at Powhatan Community Cemetery. (as he loved Powhatan). The family will receive friends Monday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home.
