Kevin Theodore "Ted" Kaiser, 41, of Powhatan, died August 20, 2013. He is survived by his son, Joseph Kaiser and his mother Traci Wheatley; Ted's mother, Connie Kaiser; his brother, Jeffrey Kaiser (Kim) and his nephew, James Theodore Kaiser. The family will receive friends Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy.(Rt.60), Powhatan.
