Linda Carroll Swann

Linda Lou Carroll Swann went to be with our heavenly father on October 4, 2016. Linda was a retired baker which she loved. Linda was born in Huntington, WV, on November 5, 1948. Linda lived a majority of her adult life in Powhatan, Virginia, where she raised her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Mildred Arthur Carroll, and sister, Nancy Cremeans. Linda was a devoted and loving mother of Belinda Robertson (James), Richard Swann (Loretta) and Cassie Swann. Linda is survived by her sisters, Carolyn Stone and Rosemary Huff (Vince), brothers Ray Carroll (Penny) and Chester Carroll, Jr. (Leslie). She will be deeply missed by her grandchildren, Jessica McDonald, Jamie Robertson, Kirsten Swann and Rebecca Robertson. Linda also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, family members, and friends. A grave side service will be held at Whitechapel Memorial Gardens, U.S. Route 60 Midland Trail, Barboursville, West Virginia, on October 10th at 2:00 pm.
