Nora Rose Franklin, 91, of Powhatan, went to be with the Lord March 10, 2015. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Julian Franklin; two children, Paul Franklin of Chesterfield, Linda Phillips of Powhatan; sisters, Nina Story of Powhatan, Maggie Cole of Goochland and Dorris Holt of Powhatan; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
