He is survived by his wife, Frankie Hatcher; sons, Anthony Hatcher, Ed Kelly; stepdaughters, Ann Summerville, Linda Dawson, Penny Morris; five grandchildren; two special people in his life, Joseph Kelly and Peggy Woodson.
