Rose Marie Sturgill (Dobbins)

Rose Marie Sturgill (Dobbins), 67, of Richmond, Virginia passed away on September 30th, 2025 at The Terrace of Jacksonville in Jacksonville, Florida. A grave side service will be held at Maury Cemetery, Friday, October 10, 2025 at 2 p.m.

Rose was preceded in death by her father, Roscoe Dobbins and mother, Jessie Rachel Dobbins. She is survived by her sisters Amanda Altice, Cora Roberson, many nieces and nephews, children Banford Sturgill Jr. (Amie), Holly Phillips (Randy), Rachel Sturgill, William Pearl, and Jessie Dobbins (Dillion), her ten grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and two to be born in November and January.

Rose will be remembered by her love of family and her infectious laugh.
