Ryan Hathaway

Ryan Hathaway, 50 of Powhatan, Virginia, passed away January 21, 2025. He is preceded in death by his loving mother, Margarette. He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Jenn; daughter, Paige Compton (Jake); son, Mason; father, Bobby; brothers, Bobby Jr. and Heath.

He was a loving devoted Husband, Father, Son, Brother, and Friend. He was also a fun Papaw to his grand-dogs, Cooper, Blu and Callie. He worked in fluid and hydraulics for over 30 years, the last 22 being with AFP. He loved to travel with family and friends, no matter where, it was always an adventure. His fun personality, laughter and wisdom will be greatly missed by those he loved.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, January 25, 2025 in the Love Covenant Fellowship, 17897 W Pridesville Road, Amelia, VA 23002 at 5:00 PM. In honor of Ryan, the family has requested casual attire.
