Sharlean Rae Windsor, 81, of Powhatan, widow of David E. Windsor, passed on Thursday April 25, 2019. She is survived by one daughter, Susan Windsor; three sons, Keith Windsor, Rick Windsor, Kevin Windsor; twelve grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons, Michael Windsor and Steven Windsor. Services private.
