Sharon Jean Smith, 62, from Powhatan, VA, currently living in Milton, FL, passed away November 17, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy & Betty Hounshell; sister, Sheila Payne; grandchildren, Madilyn and Preston Caldwell. She is survived by her husband, Robert Preston Smith, Sr.; children, Betty Jo Caldwell (Ricky), Richard Eldridge Hounshell (Nikki), Roger Earl Morrison; step-children, Robert Smith (Tina), Andrew Smith (Tracey), Susan Allen (Billy); grandchild, Brittany Jean Caldwell and William Hayden Caldwell; step-grandchildren, Sarah, Lauren Bryant, Andy, Oliver, Honey Mae, Carter and Carley; sisters, Susie Worsham (Kevin), Sherri Blevins (Fairley) and Connie Hounshell (Chuck Partin); nieces and nephews, Tammy, Tina, Katelyn, Jacob, Zachary, Kayla, Jessica, Brooklyn and Lily ; And special friends Jose & Merinia and Chloe Chipley. The family will receive friends Sunday, November 26, 2023, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, where services will be held Monday at 11:00 am.
