Stephen E. "Steve" 56, of Richmond died Monday October 31, 2016. He is predeceased by his father James "Jim" Bly. He is survived by his wife Janice Bly; two sons and their mother, Zach Bly ,Sam Bly, Sharon Wallace; mother, Thelma Bly; brothers, Jamie Bly and John Bly; sister, Jennifer Patton (Brian); special friend, Sara Phelps and three grandchildren, Alanah, Laci and Isaiah. The family will receive friends Friday Nov. 4th, from 6 to 8pm and Saturday from 10 to 11am in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy.(Rt.60), Powhatan and where services will follow at 11am. Interment Powhatan Community Cemetery.
