William C. "Bill" Nelson, Jr., 80, of Chesterfield, widower of Joyce Foster Nelson, died March 27, 2014. He is survived by his daughter and her husband, Jean N. Sullivan (Tom) of Chesterfield; three grandchildren, Eric, Briana and Sean. A memorial service will be held Monday at 2pm in the Bon Air Baptist Church.
