William Stacy Howell, 65, of Powhatan Va, went to be with Jesus on December 11, 2023. He loved Jesus and was a devoted son, brother, uncle and friend. William was born on February 8, 1958 and graduated from Powhatan High School in 1976.
William loved spending time with his family. He also loved 70’s music, fishing, hunting, and the Minnesota Vikings.
He was loved and will be greatly missed.
